Soren Jakobsen heads the Strategic Marketing unit at Emirates Global Aluminium, which he started when joining the company in 2021.
Mr Jakobsen has 10 years’ experience in Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company, focused on Commercial Excellence and Strategy topics in Metals and Automotive industries. He has led 20+ Commercial change programs, including variety of commercial topics, capability building and culture transformation, across the globe. He has served as Business School lecturer on Pricing excellence and as speaker at international conferences on broader B2B commercial topics.
Mr Jakobsen holds University degrees in Chemistry covering synthesis of novel hybrid materials (MOFs) and their applications in storage and catalysis.
