Glenn Moore

Glenn Moore was appointed as Company Secretary of EGA America Inc. in March 2023.

Mr. Moore has been a member of the Company Secretariat team in the EGA Group since March 2021, providing company secretarial/corporate governance and compliance services to the group’s various entities, including EGA America Inc., during that time.

Mr. Moore has more than 15 years of diverse international company secretarial/corporate governance and compliance experience, gained in roles at an international conglomerate, offshore law firm, listed company and one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds.

Mr. Moore holds a Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster and is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute in the UK and Ireland.
